Update 5/07/05 – Return to the Black Museum!

This update focuses exclusively on Herman's groundbreaking horror opus HORRORS OF THE BLACK MUSEUM.

First off, check out both the American and European trailers for the film. The American version features a truncated version of the "hypnovista" opening.

Composer Gerard Schurmann's complete opening theme is also available in MP3 format. Talk about music that contains all the thrills and chills!

Update 1/23/05 – The Headless Ghost Meets Konga!

This update is devoted to two of Herman's UK productions–THE HEADLESS GHOST (1959) and KONGA (1961).

The Headless Ghost (1959)

Created on a dime to round out a double bill with HORRORS OF THE BLACK MUSEUM, THE HEADLESS GHOST is the quintessential B-movie, as evidenced by the trailer. Click on the pic to watch the parade of parsimonious pulchritude.

Konga (1961)

The KONGA update leads off with the excellent opening theme by composer Gerard Schurmann.
